One practice, four doorways

The practice itself is one.

In a session, four elements can be woven together…

Every door leads to these four elements

Breath

The Four Doorways

Four ways I can work with you
Two men standing in a room, one with long curly dark hair and wearing a white top, the other with short curly dark hair and sitting in a large bowl, both with their eyes closed and head tilted downward. The room has white walls, a small door, a potted plant, and a meditation cushion on the floor in the foreground.

Doorway One

Private Sessions 1:1

Personalized guidance for people seeking deeper self-awareness, peace, integration, and growth.

A personal experience shaped entirely around you. We begin with conversation over tea or cacao and space to say what you're carrying, move through sound, breath, and stillness woven to what you need that day, and close grounded, with something simple to carry forward. For anyone who wants to go inward without a script, to meet something specific, or build a steady practice over time. A single session, or an ongoing rhythm.

Doorway Two

Community Experiences

Sound meditations, circles, workshops, and gatherings that foster connection, belonging, and collective well-being.

The gentlest way in, and often the most joyful. Through sound baths, cacao gatherings, and seasonal circles, both in-person and online, small groups gather to set life down and share the same space, the same breath, the same candlelight. No experience needed, you can simply arrive. For the part of you that's been called to receive and ready to reset.

Doorway Three

Workplace & Leadership

Meditation and presence-based experiences that support focus, resilience, communication, and team wellbeing.

Having spent thirteen years inside the tech world before this work, so I know the rooms I'm walking into - the back-to-back days, the noise, the quiet pressure to keep producing. That's part of why this lands with teams: it isn't woo, and it asks for no belief. Just the simple, real difference of a group of people who finally get to pause, breathe, and think clearly together.

The capacity to pause, listen, and respond rather than react is no longer a luxury - it's a leadership skill. Sessions can be shaped as a single event, a recurring renewal series, leadership development, a retreat, or a conference experience.

Doorway Four

The Harmonic Remembrance Journey

A structured multi-session experience for those seeking lasting transformation and a deeper relationship with practice.

The fullest walk through the practice, for those ready to give it time. A sustained arc of several sessions, privately or in a small group, moving through all four movements, Awareness to Anchoring, with room to integrate between each so the shifts take root in daily life. This is where a few good sessions become a practice you carry for years. By application or referral.

“What Julius creates in his sessions is rare: a holistic integration of the physical, emotional, and spiritual. His superpower is holding a sacred space where our mind, body, and soul remember how to speak to each other”

- Mari
