Through a recipe called Kriyas, a Kundalini class may include mantras (chanting), yoga postures (asanas), mudras (hand postures), pranayama (breathing exercise), and deep relaxation with sound. We invite you to explore your inner world physically, emotionally and spiritually so you may harmonize the central nervous system and activate your body’s own natural mechanisms for healing.
